Friends of Frenz – 6-a-Side Champions 2008
Congratulations to Friends of Frenz, who were crowned 6-a-Side champions for 2008 on Monday night. After once again winning every game they played in the Wednesday night league season, this year they held off the choke in the finals series, defeating Barcelona 3-0 and Hairy Cornflakes 2-1 in the decider on their way to glory. The finalists from each night of our Summer Six-a-Side competition have been decided. As promised, we have negotiated a better field, and the grand final night will be played at Birchgrove Oval on Monday February 11.
