GRAND FINAL LOOMS: Tiger Tussle Part Two
After seeing off Roosters in the semi-final last weekend, Balmain Tigers have set up a clash with Camden Tigers in the Conference Grand Final this Sunday. The winner earns promotion to Football NSW Division 1 next season.
In the semi-final, Balmain travelled to the Roosters’ home ground and came away with a memorable 2-1 victory. Football NSW has written a lengthy match report here.
The Grand Final is set for 3pm, Sunday, August 24th at Mona Park in Auburn. Camden had already qualified by beating Balmain two weeks ago. Balmain’s players and staff urge all their fans to come and support the team, as the noble Tigers look to turn nine months of hard work into nineteen pounds of silverware.
