Sorry guys once again the rain has put paid to another night at King Georges. We will notify all teams of any rescheduled matches so in the meantime why dont you all watch another repeat of Saturdays world cup final triumph by the mighty England......They maybe rare but God they're breathtaking!!

And for the Aussies with nothing to do...
Why not sit back and enjoy a replay or two of Australia's recent 3-1 soccer victory, or the rugby league test series we just wrapped up 3-0 on the weekend. Perhaps you could watch highlights of every Ashes series since the mid 80s, or Lleyton Hewitt winning Wimbledon. And don't forget about the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, netball, hockey, darts, or just about any other sport known to man. Go on you're spoilt for choice!

It is with deepest regret to inform you of the sudden passing of Balmain FC ladies player Sally Griffiths, who last week was fatally injured in a car crash. Sally, who was the girlfriend of former Balmain player Cheyne Richards, was a fantastic girl who as I remember always had a smile on her face and a friendly "hello". Speaking to some of her fellow players and coach the devastation is clear and she will be sorely missed.

On behalf of myself, the committee and all the players of Balmain Soccer club we offer Cheyne and Sally's family our deepest sympathies and know we will always remember.
