Ready To Go - Finally!

After much hassle and misfortune with grounds and whatnot the summer six-a-side is confirmed and ready to go ahead next week.

We have secured Blackmore Park, Canal Rd Lilyfield as the venue for this year's competition. Due to its use by a baseball team for training on Wednesday nights, we've unfortunately been forced to move the Wednesday competition to Thursday, and will also start a little later than normal. Monday night remains unchanged.

All the important information you need is here, and will be available on the top right of the site for the duration of the competition:

Six-a-Side Competition Full

Thanks to all teams that have entered this year's competition. The response has been overwhelming and all positions for teams on both Monday and Wednesday nights have been filled. Play will begin the week of Monday October 17 and will run through until the first week in February, with a break over the Christmas period. For those who have tickets to Australia's world cup qualifier, fear not as that week's Wednesday night round will be held on the Tuesday instead.

All team captains are required to attend the Exchange Hotel on Wednesday October 12 at 7pm to pick up their team's paperwork.
