REMINDER: BBQ 1pm this Saturday

To all of the club's players, supporters, friends and families, a reminder that you are welcome to attend our annual summer function, on this Saturday, 13th of January, at Birchgrove Oval. It will commence at 1pm at the Birchgrove clubhouse.

Head Coach Alex Kaltenegger and President Dave Grill will be on hand to talk about what 2007 and beyond holds for the club. The get together also gives the club's community a chance to catch up following the festive season, and meet some of Balmain's past and future players and supporters.

We will provide drinks and snags there, as well as a few beers, but feel free to bring your own food and drink. We also have a few prizes such as A-League supporter gear, FourFourTwo shirts, souvenir World Cup magazines and other assorted items to give away.

Following the barbecue, the keener clubmen and women will take to the streets of Balmain for a pleasant Saturday evening at some of our suburb's finest establishments.

There is a small chance of a shower later that evening on Saturday, but barring major weather problems the show will go on! Any questions, feel free to contact me by posting on the forums. See you then!
